On the journey of acting Chahat started at the early age of 8 with their debut in a TV serial Udaan in 2017. Young Pakhi was the role that she played in the serial and gained the attention of many critics. After a breakthrough from the role, Chahat shifted from Udaipur to Mumbai to work more as an actor.
She later was in the TV series Kesari Nandan in 2019 in which she played a lead role as a young actor acting as Kesari Nandan Singh. After acting in Kesari Nandan Chahat Tewani got her first movie role in Shankuntala Devi, a film directed by Anu Menon in 2020. Chahat has also worked with Rani Mukerji, an Indian actress in the film Hichki in 2018.
In 2021, Chahat worked in another film, Rashmi Rocket and did the role of young Rashmi. Acting in so many TV serials and films Chahat rose to prominence and went on to rise to new heights in her career. In her other role in a short film Shimmy, she portrayed the role of Raima, an 11-year-old.
