Orignating from America Bryce Leatherwood is a country singer known throughout for his phenomenal voice. Not so long ago he rose to public attention for being the winner of the 22nd season of “The Voice” a reality American singing competition show televised on NBC. The Voice has been known to discover talented singers who the audience chooses to be the best. 

In one of its 23 seasons of The Voice Bryce Leatherwood was voted out to be the best by the audience and the judges thus attaining a title for the first wildcard winner of the show. After winning The Voice in 2022 he embarked on his musical journey as a singer and songwriter with his coach Blake Shelton.

Bryce Leatherwood’s Biography

Born in a middle-class family on 4 February 2000 Bryce Leatherwood is 23 years old artist. He was raised in Woodstock where he developed a keen interest in singing after being inspired by the top artistic works of  Merle Haggard, Conway Twitty and George Jones. 

As a child, he used to work on farms every summer which was owned by his grandfather. During his farm work, Bryce was introduced to the classic hits. Later on, Leatherwood went on to learn guitar and ukulele to play his favourite traditional country music. Attending Sequoyah High School he consistently performed at assisted living Facilities.  

For his college graduation in business studies, he attended the Georgia Southern University in Statesboro GA. During his time in college, his interest in singing grew and his skills blossomed as he performed in college venues and tried doing as many stage performances as possible in clubs and bars. 

Improving his stage presence he found his band in 2021 with whom Bryce performed multiple events in Southeast.

Bryce Leatherwood has a caring and loving family of four with his father Cliff Leatherwood being sales & marketing vice president at Metal Processing Company. Hope Leatherwood Bryce’s mother is employed in an online retail company. Bryce also has a brother Lance Leatherwood with whom their family is complete.

Lexie Huston a nursing student is the girlfriend of Bryce Leatherwood. They actively share their photos on social media and have been in relationships since 2020. Bryce and Lexie celebrate their dating anniversary on 23 November and both enjoy going to concerts and have a taste for music.

Career

Practising singing and having a passion for it from childhood have made Bryce Leatherwood a top-tier singer in his career. Later in 2022, he entered The Voice by auditioning with songs like Goodbye Time by Conway Twitty. Judge Jhon Legend, Gwen Stefani, and Shelton selected him to go further. He was coached by Blake by joining his team and throughout the show televised his talent as a country artist. 

Advancing in the finals of the show Bryce Leatherwood became the winner on 13 December 2022. This led him to a deal with Universal Music Group.
